Matthew D. Heller
Matthew D. Heller is a founding partner of Willner Heller LLC, a private wealth management firm in Encino California.
Willner Heller is a Registered Investment Advisor founded by Mr. Heller and Kenneth Willner in 2003. Willner Heller manages customized portfolios of equity and fixed income instruments for a variety of clients including families, corporations, non-profits and foundations. Willner Heller’s strategy is to create unique, tax-efficient portfolios through active management, tactical asset allocation and diversification techniques designed to achieve alpha while minimizing systemic market risk.
Matt was named a Five Star Wealth Manager by Los Angeles Magazine in 2011, 2014 and 2015 and he was selected as a Trusted Advisor by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal in 2013. Willner Heller has been featured in Newsweek, Ventura Blvd. Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, Advisors Magazine and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
Mr. Heller is the President of the Community Center Alliance; a non-profit organization dedicated serving the Conejo Valley with physical fitness programs for youth and adults through the Agoura Hills, Calabasas Community Center.
Matt has served as an alumni mentor in the Marshall School of Business and through the Dornsife College Gateway program at USC for over 20 years. Mr. Heller previously served as a Commissioner on the Calabasas Parks, Recreation and Education Commission and he is a former Executive Board Member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League.
Mr. Heller is a graduate of the Salvin Leadership Program sponsored by ADL and he also completed the Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program through the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce where he also chaired the Government Affairs Committee.
Mr. Heller graduated from the University of Southern California and he is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC).
Kenneth L. Willner
Kenneth L. Willner attended San Diego State University and joined the firm, Milton F. Willner & Co. Certified Public Accounting. Ken worked with his father, Milton F. Willner until Milt passed away in 2002. Ken renamed the firm Willner & Ornedo when Mario Ornedo became a partner in the accounting practice that same year. Willner & Ornedo, LLP is a member of the AICPA and CSCPA.
In 2003 Ken and Matt formed Willner Heller LLC to provide superior asset management services to clients while considering both their tax situation and their overall financial needs and goals.
Ken Willner is a member of the AICPA and the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Section. Ken volunteers his time in a variety of charities dealing with the arts and at risk youth.
